Terms of Service

1. The service

SoukiX is a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) e-commerce platform for Algerian merchants. The platform lets you create storefronts, manage products, collect COD orders, calculate shipping by wilaya, track confirmations/deliveries/returns, and optionally export orders to Google Sheets. The service is operated by MR BOOST Agency (agency.mrboost@gmail.com).

2. Account

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, prohibited content or activity that endangers other users or the platform.

3. Using the platform

  • You may create stores, products, order configurations and shipping rules.
  • You are responsible for the legality of your products, offers and marketing, including compliance with Algerian law and any applicable consumer-protection rules.
  • COD orders you collect are your business data; the platform stores them so you can manage confirmations, delivery and returns.
  • You must not misuse the platform: no scraping, no attacks, no interference with other users, no unlawful content.

4. Google Sheets integration

Google Sheets export is optional. When enabled, you connect a Google account and choose a spreadsheet. The platform writes order rows (and updates order notes) only to the spreadsheet and tab you configure, using the scopes described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.

5. Payments and plans

Accounts may start in a demo plan. Any future paid plans, fees and billing terms will be published inside the platform or provided on request before you are charged.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the platform, add or remove features, or change these terms with reasonable notice; continued use after changes means acceptance.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR BOOST Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the platform. You are responsible for your own business decisions (pricing, offers, delivery partners, confirmation/delivery rates).

8. Termination

You can stop using the platform at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may terminate access for material breach. Sections that by nature survive termination (liability, governing law) remain in force.
